• Processor: Pentium
• RAM: 16 MB
• VGA Color monitor with supporting SVGA card
• 4 MB hard disk space
• Microsoft Mouse^TM compatible pointing device
• 3½" high density floppy drive
• Printer: any printer which has an installed Windows^TM driver
• (optional purchase) Optical Scanning requires NCS Opscan 5, ScanTools software and the purchase of scanning forms.
• (optional purchase) PAR Test with Voice requiring a CD drive for installation, a sound card, speakers (headphones) and an additional 55MB of hard drive space.

Software

• Windows95^TM or higher

There is one file that need to be downloaded for the Performance & Retention Demo program. After downloading the file to the desktop, double click on the file to run the installation program. Detailed installation instructions are included in PAR Demo Instructions (PARDemo.pdf) (.1 MB).


Demo for a stand alone computer

• PAR Administration and Test Program (PARDemo.exe) (1.1 MB)

1. Click on the file above.
2. Save or download the file. (Do not run or open.)
3. Select the Desktop for the save or download location.
4. After the file is download, go to your desktop and double-click on the PARDemo.exe.
5. Follow the instructions on the screen. For more detailed instructions, use PAR Demo Instructions (PARDemo.pdf) (.1 MB)

  The instructions and manual require the free Acrobat Reader version 4.0.
  

After the installation, you will need to contact Technology Based Solutions in order to license the program. You will not be able to enter the program until this is done.
